Custom full-day and half-day training for administrators on managing paraeducators and support teachers in their role as supervisors of paraeducators. 4. Consulting on Paraeducator Issues

This service is tailored to meet the needs of your state, school district or building with regards to the utilization and employment of paraeducators. Our expertise includes, and is not limited to, the following areas:

• Policy development and guidance around paraeducator issues including job descriptions, competencies / standards/ hiring, training needs, supervision, evaluation etc.
• Training paraeducators on selected topics from the COTOP Curriculum
• Training teachers / teams / administrators on selected topics from the Paraeducator Supervision Academy (PSA).
